Centering a Flash movie using HTML tables

The easiest way I have found to center a SWF both vertically and horizontally in HTML is using tables.

 
&lt;table width="100%" height="100%" border="0">
    &lt;tr>
        &lt;td valign="middle" align="center">

...

 
        &lt;/td>
    &lt;/tr>
&lt;/table>
